The Shudhttam Origin

Shudhttam was born from a simple observation: the food our grandparents ate — millets, stone-ground atta, pure jaggery — had been replaced by refined, processed alternatives that prioritized shelf life over nutrition.

We asked ourselves: why can't modern families access the same pure, nourishing ingredients that kept previous generations healthy? The answer was Shudhttam.

Our name says it all. "Shudh" means pure. "Tam" is the Sanskrit suffix for excellence — the purest of the pure. It's not just a name; it's our promise.

100% Millets & Whole Grains

Kodo millet, Ragi, Jowar, Bajra — ancient supergrains that are naturally gluten-friendly and packed with fibre, minerals, and protein.

Pure Desi Jaggery

No refined sugar. Ever. We sweeten naturally with unrefined jaggery that retains iron, minerals, and the complex caramel notes industrial sugar strips away.

What We Never Add

No maida. No palm oil. No artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives. No hydrogenated fats. No refined sugar. Zero. Nothing. Nada.

Small Batch Freshness

We don't stockpile inventory for months. Every batch is made fresh, in small quantities, to ensure you get peak flavour and maximum nutrition.
