Shudhttam is built on trust. You trust us with your food — and sometimes your contact information. We take that responsibility seriously. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do (and don't do) with it.

What We Collect

Because we operate primarily through WhatsApp, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide when placing an order:

• WhatsApp Number — When you message us, we see your WhatsApp number.
• Delivery Address — You provide this so we can deliver your order.
• Name — For order identification and delivery.
• Order History — We maintain records of what you've ordered for our own operational purposes.

We do NOT collect: Payment details (handled by UPI/bank apps), browsing data, cookies, or any information beyond what you explicitly share with us.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information only for:

• Processing and delivering your order
• Communicating with you about your order status
• Responding to your questions or feedback
• Occasionally informing you about new products or offers (only if you've agreed)

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.

Data Security

Order information is stored securely on our local systems and accessed only by our core team. We do not use cloud-based customer databases or third-party CRM tools that could expose your data.

Since orders are placed via WhatsApp, your conversation history is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy and security policies. We recommend reviewing WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements for order records)
• Opt out of any marketing communications
